Welcome To Privacy
Introduction
Rogue Society® respects your privacy. This policy lays out, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the control you have over it. No fine-print games.

1. About This Policy
Rogue Society® is a brand operated by Rose Valley Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 61 654 791 107), an Australian company based in Brisbane, Queensland, owned and directed by Kurt Rosvall.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It applies to roguesociety.gg and everything we do through it.
By using our website, placing an order, or joining our mailing list, you agree to the handling of your information as described here. If anything in this policy is unclear, or you want to know more, contact us at gg.yteicoseugorobfsctd-128409@troppus.
2. What Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to run the store and serve you. That falls into a few groups:
– Contact and identity information: your name, email address, phone number, and the billing and shipping addresses you give us at checkout.
– Order and transaction information: what you bought, order value, and currency (AUD or NZD). Card payments are processed by our payment providers, we do not see or store your full card number.
– Website interaction information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source, and cookie data, collected automatically as you browse.
– Communications: anything you send us through our contact form, email, or customer service.
We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or financial details beyond what a payment provider handles) unless you volunteer it and it is directly relevant. We do not seek it out.
3. How We Collect Your Information
We collect your information three ways:
1. Directly from you, when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our mailing list, enter a promotion, or contact us.
2. Automatically through our website, using cookies and analytics tools (see Section 5).
3. Through the third-party platforms that run parts of our store, such as our payment and email providers (see Section 6), when you use them as part of shopping with us.
We will not collect your personal information without your knowledge, and we do not use deceptive methods to get it.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
– Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and handle returns or exchanges.
– Send you order and shipping updates.
– Send you marketing emails about new drops, offers, and brand news, but only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
– Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
– Understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
– Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We will not use your information for purposes you would not reasonably expect. We do not send marketing without your consent, and we never sell your personal information to anyone.
5. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working, remember your preferences (such as your currency), and understand how visitors use the site. Specifically:
– Google Analytics 4 measures anonymised traffic and behaviour so we can improve the site. You can opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
– Meta Pixel helps us understand the performance of our social media presence and reach the right audience. You can manage ad and tracking preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings, and through your browser.
– Functional cookies keep your cart, currency choice, and session working as you shop.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work properly if you do. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles beyond the social media measurement described above.
6. Third-Party Services

7. How We Store and Protect Your Information
How we store it. Your information is held in secure, access-controlled systems run by us and by the reputable platforms listed above. We use encryption in transit and apply sensible security practices to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Where it is stored. Some of our providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it. We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and to meet our legal obligations. Order and transaction records are kept for a minimum of 5 years to comply with Australian taxation law. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
If there is a data breach. We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988. If a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required.
8. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

Email gg.yteicoseugorobfsctd-3548e5@troppus and we will respond within 30 days. There is normally no charge. We may need to verify your identity first, and in limited cases (for example where it would affect someone else’s privacy, or the law requires us to withhold it) we may not be able to give full access, in which case we will explain why.
9. Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, tell us first. Email gg.yteicoseugorobfsctd-40f95a@troppus with the details and we will investigate and respond within 30 days.
